Deep Tissue Massage
Used to treat chronic aches and pains by providing relief to the deepest layers of muscles, tendons, and tissue. Ideal for athletes and people who prefer a very firm pressure.
Can cause extreme discomfort to those not accustomed to a deeper pressure.
Prenatal Massage
A massage that aims to alleviate aches and pains, improve circulation, reduce tension, and help ease pregnancy related symptoms. Using extra pillows and side-lying position to ensure the mom-to-be is entirely comfortable and relaxed.
Must have doctor approval prior to session if in first trimester.
